Classic Indian Cooking and Classic Indian Vegetarian and Grain Cooking by Julie Sahni

Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking by Marcella Hazan

Bugialli on Pasta by Giulliano Bugialli

I also make a great baguette that has become legendary among my family and friends, the recipe for which I now know by heart but that came from The Bread Baker's Apprentice by Peter Reinhart.
